IC2 Webinar: GreenScreen® Assessments of Flame Retardants

Earlier this year, the IC2 added GreenScreen® hazard assessments of 18 flame retardants to the Chemical Hazard Assessment Database. These GreenScreens derive from hazard assessments done by EPA’s Design for the Environment Program (DfE). In this webinar, Lauren Heine, Clean Production Action’s Co-Director for GreenScreen and Applied Science (and co-author of the GreenScreen for Safer Chemicals) and toxicologist Eric Rosenblum, who did much of the work to translate DfE’s hazard assessments into GreenScreens, will focus on one or two examples to provide an overview of the GreenScreen methodology and discuss the translation process from DfE hazard assessment to GreenScreen.
