Join as a Member

The IC2 invites state, local, and tribal governments to join as Members. Local government entities include municipal, county, township, districts, and multi-county or multi-municipal regional agencies. All IC2 Members are invited to participate in workgroups and training webinars and will have the opportunity to participate in and vote on the Board of Directors. To apply for IC2 Membership, please contact IC2 Project Manager Mikalah Bailey at mbailey@newmoa.org

Applicants will be asked to submit a complete Member Application Form as well as sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that must be signed by the commissioner or agency director.

The IC2 Board of Directors will review the application for completeness and respond to the applicant. Payment of IC2 dues is not required as part of the application process. The IC2 annually invoices its Members based on the dues structure outlined below.
