Reporting Assistance

The IC2 High Priority Chemicals Data System (HPCDS) is an online platform that supports reporting of information on the presence of chemicals of concern in children’s products required by the Oregon Toxic-Free Kids Act (TFKA), the Washington Children’s Safe Products Act (CSPA), and the Vermont Chemical Disclosure Program (VT CDP), and priority chemicals in general consumer and commercial products required by Safer Products for Washington (SPWA).

Please find helpful state program reporting and contact information below.

To ease the reporting process, HPCDS utilizes a Function Set Upload and Reportable Chemical List by Program spreadsheet. The spreadsheet allows for bulk upload of function sets to your inventory and is a great tool for comparing the chemicals that are reportable to each state program. It is available when logged into the system or via email. Please login to the HPCDS to download it or contact the HPCDS Administrator at hpcds@theic2.org for assistance.

For all inquiries about state program reporting requirements, please contact the corresponding program. If you have questions about the HPCDS system, please contact the HPCDS Administrator at hpcds@theic2.org.
