Laura Vandenberg, Ph.D. of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Cal Baier-Anderson, Ph.D. of the EPA Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics discussed bisphenol A (BPA), endocrine-active chemicals and the toxicological challenges they often present, and the evaluation of safer alternatives to BPA in thermal paper.
