IC2 Webinar: Chemicals without Harm

In this webinar, Ken Geiser discussed his recently published book, Chemicals without Harm: Policies for a Sustainable World and its connections to the work of the IC2. In addition to a distinguished career as Professor of Work Environment at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Founder and Co-director of the Lowell Center for Sustainable Production, co-author of the Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Act, and Director of the Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Institute, Ken was also instrumental in the formation of the IC2. He led the efforts of the Lowell Center for Sustainable Production to organize a meeting in 2008 of what became the IC2 Planning Committee and facilitated most of the initial conference calls of that Committee. He provided a wealth of experience and expertise to the multi-year process of creating the IC2. Since the IC2 was formally launched in 2011, Ken has continued to provide advice and insights.
